Gary Cartwright - Design and Build Co-ordinator

I joined Linford at the age of 17 as an Apprentice Bench Joiner.

Following the apprenticeship programme designed for me by Linford, I achieved NVQ level 2 & 3 as well as my advanced craft award. After that I stayed on at college to do a National Certificate in construction.

In December 2005 I joined the Design and Build department as a Trainee Design & Build Co-ordinator. I am currently finishing my Higher National Certificate in construction at Burton College.
