I followed in my father's footsteps - joining Linford as a Management Trainee and aiming to work in the Contracts area as he had
already done.
I followed the five-year training plan the Group created for me and became Site Manager on its completion, moving into Contracts Management within the Small Works & Maintenance Division.
I joined the main contracting sector five years ago and am now Contracts Manager.
My Qualifications are:
