well as working as a building and restoration contractor, Linford also
carries out development projects involving historic or challenging buildings.
Using our repair, restoration and regeneration expertise in a development context, we are experienced at leveraging private capital to help bring old buildings back into residential or commercial use. This includes projects involving listed or historically important buildings, or sites which other developers might consider 'difficult'. We are particularly interested in sites involving listed buildings, either in partnership with the owners or as a Linford-led development.
